Mian Wang grew up in Shandong Province, China. His interest in biomedical engineering started in Shandong University where he got his bachelors degree in Biotechnology. In 2013, he got his masters degree from George Washington University in DC. Then he joined Northeastern University as a PhD student in Chemical Engineering as part of Professor Webster’s group.
His research interest focus on kinds of biomedical applications of cold atmospheric plasma (CAP), especially on using CAP combined with nanoparticles for anti-tumor therapy.
